
US EMBASSY OSC TEAM VISITS CAS
A team from the United States Embassy in Accra, Office of Security Cooperation (OSC), has paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Vice Marshal Eric Agyen-Frempong, at the Air Force Headquarters, Burma Camp, on Tuesday, 2 July 2025.
The visit aimed to extend congratulations to the CAS on his recent appointment and to officially introduce the new Chief of the OSC.
The CAS welcomed the team to his office, expressing appreciation for their visit and for the ongoing partnership between the United States and the Ghana Air Force.
During the meeting, the delegation comprising the Chief of the Office of Security Cooperation, Lieutenant Colonel Paul Corbitt, and the Deputy Chief, Lieutenant Commander La Shaundra Lovin Life Collins of the US Navy discussed various initiatives, including areas of collaboration on training and capacity building to strengthen Ghana’s air defence capabilities.
The CAS highlighted the importance of strong international cooperation and reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the United States to enhance the Ghana Air Force’s operational readiness.
