MAWO PARTICIPATES IN LEADERSHIP SEMINAR IN GERMANY

The Master Air Warrant Officer (MAWO) of the Ghana Air Force, Master Warrant Officer Amponsem Edward, has participated in a seven-day leadership seminar in Berlin, Germany, under the theme “Challenges for the Leader in the 21st Century.”
The seminar addressed contemporary leadership challenges and provided participants with an opportunity to examine approaches to effective military leadership, discipline, and professional development. Key areas of discussion included Law and Military Discipline, the Structure, Remit, and Objectives of the German Armed Forces, Leadership in Times of Peace and the Philosophy of the Ghana Armed Forces.

The engagements further underscored the critical importance of discipline, leadership, and organisational values in maintaining an effective and professional Armed Force. Furthermore, the programme provided a platform for participants to exchange experiences and perspectives on leadership within the evolving military environment.

Master Warrant Officer Amponsem Edward’s participation is expected to enhance his professional knowledge and leadership capabilities, which will contribute significantly to the discharge of his responsibilities in promoting discipline, professionalism, teamwork, and the welfare of personnel within the Ghana Air Force.
