GHANA ARMED FORCES WIVES COMMISERATE WITH THE FAMILY OF LATE FORMER FIRST LADY

Ghana Armed Forces Wives, comprising representatives from the Air Wives Organisation, Naval Wives Association and the Army Wives Association, have paid a visit to the family of the late former First Lady, Her Excellency Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings on Tuesday, 4 November 2025 at Ridge, Accra.

 

 

Leading the delegation, the Patron of the Air Wives Organisation, Mrs Fanny Agyen-Frempong, said the visit was to commiserate with the bereaved family and express their support during the difficult period. She described the late Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings as a remarkable woman whose legacy of service, compassion and dedication to the welfare of others continues to inspire generations.

 

 

Receiving the delegation, Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings conveyed her family’s deep appreciation to the Ghana Armed Forces Wives for their thoughtful gesture and show of solidarity. She expressed gratitude for their prayers and support, noting that such acts of kindness bring comfort and strength in their moment of grief.
