On Wednesday 3 January 2024, the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Vice Marshal Fredrick Asare Kwasi Bekoe, welcomed 6 helicopter pilots and 3 instructors who embarked on their initial Ab-Initio flight training and Certified Flight Instructors Course at Florida in the United States of America. 

The CAS congratulated and welcomed the team back home after completing the training programme successfully.  He said with humility, they could achieve whatever task they set out to accomplish. He further advised them to continue to be disciplined and cultivate good work ethics.  

AVM Frederick Bekoe also appreciated the efforts of the Certified Flight Instructors who led the team successfully. He urged the pilots to make good use of the knowledge acquired as they proceed to the next phase of their professional training.
