The Northern Regional Branch of the Bank of Ghana donated air conditioners and computers to the Air Force Base Tamale on Friday 10 May 2024. 

Presenting the items on behalf of the Bank, the Branch Manager, Mr Mohammed Abdul-Aziz said the gesture formed part of their Corporate Social Responsibility programme to support the Ghana Armed Forces.

The Base Commander, Air Commodore Joshua Lartei Mensah-Larkai, who received the items on behalf of the Base expressed gratitude to the donors and gave the assurances that the items would be used for the purposes for which they were donated.

The items included, four 2.5 HP Bruhm split air conditioners, four HP Pro Tower 290G9 desktop computers, and three Uninterruptible Power Supply Units.

Accompanying the Branch Manager were some staff members of the bank including, Mr Paul Kofi Aboagye, Mr Mark Quaye, and Mr Charles Amuna.
