AVM FAK BEKOE ADVISES PERSONNEL TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Frederick Asare Kwasi Bekoe has urged personnel to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep to regular physical training exercises. He added that the overall achievement of the Air Force vision was a collective one hence the need for personnel to be fit at all times in order to carry out the mandate.

 

 

AVM Bekoe made these comments on Saturday 23 December 2023 at the Air Force Base Accra during the Warrant Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers (SNCOs’) fun games with Commissioned Officers. The fun games are organised annually to promote esprit de corps among Officers and NCOs.

 

 

AVM Bekoe further commended personnel for their commitment and dedication thus far and admonished them to maintain the high standards of discipline in the pursuit of excellence.

 

 

 

In his remarks, the Commander, Air Force Base Accra, Air Commodore Eric Agyen-Frempong praised the participants of the fun games for the excellent display of sportsmanship and called for the continual spirit of unity to exist among personnel in the coming year.

 

 

 

At the end of the keenly contested games, the Officers' won the tug-of- peace category.

 

 

 

The overall best team however went to the Warrant Officers and SNCOs’ for winning both the football and volleyball contest.
