AIR KIDDIES ACADEMY CELEBRATES YOUNG LEARNERS AT 5TH ANNUAL GRADUATION

Air Kiddies Academy has reaffirmed its commitment to laying a strong foundation for early childhood development as 48 pupils successfully completed Nursery Two and progressed to Kindergarten during the school’s 5th Annual Graduation Ceremony.

 

 

The ceremony held on Thursday, 16 July 2026 at the school premises at Air Force Base Takoradi was under the theme, “Little Learners, Big Dreams: Today’s Achievements and Tomorrow’s Possibilities.”

 

 

Delivering her remarks, the Chairperson for the occasion and Patron of the Air Wives Organisation (AWO), Mrs Susana Yirenkyi, who is also the spouse of the Base Commander, Air Force Base Takoradi, stated that the theme reflected the vision and mission of the institution.

 

 

She noted that the graduands were not merely transitioning from one class to another, but beginning a new stage of their educational journey filled with opportunities, aspirations and future possibilities.

 

 

Mrs Yirenkyi commended the parents for their sacrifices, commitment and belief in the importance of early childhood education, which had contributed significantly to the progress and success of the children.

 

 

She also expressed appreciation to the teachers and staff of the school for their dedication, patience and passion in nurturing the pupils and shaping their academic, social and personal development.

 

 

In her welcome address, the Headmistress of Air Kiddies Academy, Warrant Officer Class One Essel Clements Yeboah Benedicta, congratulated the graduands on reaching the important milestone and commended them for their hard work, growth and determination throughout the academic period.

 

She stated that the pupils had acquired valuable skills, formed meaningful friendships and developed the confidence required to excel at the next stage of their educational journey.

 

 

The Headmistress encouraged the young learners to continue dreaming big, remain curious and pursue their aspirations with determination. She also thanked parents, teachers, staff and other stakeholders for their unwavering support towards the development of the children and the growth of the school.

 

 

The ceremony featured colourful cultural displays, poetry recitals and choreography performances, as well as the presentation of certificates to the graduands.

 

 

Present at the ceremony were the Commanding Officer, Administration Wing, Wing Commander Abdul Aziz Sherif Mustapha, officers, the Base Warrant Officer, Senior Warrant Officer Class Two Geni Emelda Semenyo, representatives of the Air Wives Organisation, parents, teachers and members of the general public.

 

 

The graduation marked an important milestone in the lives of the young learners as they prepared to take the next step in their educational journey with confidence, enthusiasm and big dreams for the future.
